ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
IreDesign Studio does not accept online order cancellations after 12 hours. Once your order has been placed, there is a 12 hour grace period to cancel your order and receive a refund [as long as your order is NOT a custom order and has NOT been packaged or shipped.] Please email us with any questions or concerns regarding your order and include your order number in the subject line.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- custom/personalized items
- digital downloads
- sale items
- one-of-a-kind items

PERSONALIZED/ CUSTOM ORDERS
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Due to the nature of these items once production begins orders cannot be changed or canceled. Any changes or cancellation after final mock up approval will result in change/cancellation fees. Fees will vary depending on how far along production is.
DEPOSITS
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. There is only 24 hours in a day and we need to make sure that we are spending time on serious inquiries.
PAYMENT
-Transactions are processed securely through Shopify.
-Refunded payments will appear in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
-We cannot give price adjustments, all coupon & discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
WARRANTY
None of our products or orders are shipped/fulfilled with any form of warranty. This includes wind damage to custom signage- you are responsible for properly weighing down, hanging up, storage and use of your signage. YOU HAVE FIVE BUSINESS DAYS FROM WHEN TRACKING SAYS ‘DELIVERED’ TO REPORT ANY DAMAGED ITEMS FROM SHIPPING INCIDENTS. We will not be able to fix orders reported to us after this timeline. Please contact us right away.
